Baltimore Mixed-Use Business Community Signs Lease with Sister GC Companies

High Mark Construction and Strong Wall Construction, two sister companies in the general contracting and fire restoration industries, have signed a lease for 12,126 square feet of space within Greenleigh – a mixed-use business community in Baltimore. By mid-summer they will relocate to 12 Irondale Street.

The building is LEED Gold certified with flexible layouts and parking space. Developed by St John Properties and Somerset Companies upon completion it will include over 2200 residential units as well as nearly two million square feet of commercial space.
