Ballston BID Launches RTO Encouragement Campaign

The Ballston Business Improvement District (BID) has launched the Ballston’s BAC (Business Appreciation Campaign) to encourage employees to return to the office and reconnect with the community and amenities in Arlington, Virginia’s Ballston neighborhood.

This campaign aims at reuniting local employees and tenants with resources, services, and programs they may have missed during pandemic recovery. It offers organizations a chance to choose initiatives that best suit their team such as catered breakfasts or lunches from nearby eateries, unique happy hours or customized wellness events.

The Ballston BID team is available for arranging engaging experiences for companies in order to facilitate engagement between teams and their neighborhood. Several businesses based in this area have already participated by hosting events that align with their organization’s values & goals.
