Baker Katz Acquires Lakewood Forest Shopping Center in Northwest Houston
Baker Katz has acquired Lakewood Forest Shopping Center, a 108,016-square-foot retail property at the intersection of Highway 249 and Louetta Road in Northwest Houston. The property, which was listed by Oldham Goodwin, is located adjacent to Target and spans 11.26 acres in one of the area’s most active retail corridors.
The retail center is currently home to major tenants including Planet Fitness and Dollar Tree. Baker Katz plans to enhance the property’s value through strategic updates and continued investment aimed at attracting high-quality retailers that align with the existing tenant mix.
The acquisition was led by the Baker Katz team of Jason Baker, Kenneth Katz, Ben Brown, and Jack Moody.
