CELLTREAT Scientific Products, a supplier of laboratory equipment, has recently signed a lease for their new headquarters at 3 Nemco Way in Ayer, MA. The company is dedicated to producing high-quality plastic consumables for laboratories at affordable prices.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Bruha, Blake Baldwin and Shayne O’Neil worked together to secure the lease for CELLTREAT. President Rich Happell expressed his gratitude towards the team at Cushman & Wakefield for helping them find the perfect space. He also mentioned that this move will allow them to streamline their operations by consolidating three separate locations into one cohesive space. It will also increase inventory capacity and improve order fulfillment speed.
The industrial property located at 3 Nemco Way spans over 113,382 square feet and features amenities such as 20 tailboard loading docks and a high bay distribution warehouse with office space designated as its headquarters. The property is conveniently situated within close proximity (3.5 miles) of Route 495 and within an hour’s drive from major airports in Boston, Worcester,and Manchester,NH.
