Axiom Boosts Escondido Retail Occupancy to 100%

Axiom Retail Advisors, a retail brokerage and consulting firm based in Irvine, CA, successfully leased out the remaining space at Vineyard Square in Escondido. The 16,200-square-foot shopping center is now fully occupied.

Lea Clay Park and Stephanie Skrbin of Axiom Retail Advisors expertly represented the landlord Red Mountain Retail Group. They worked closely with Kristin Ambrose and Matt Pope from Red Mountain to secure leases with Learn 4 Life and Bag O’ Crab. Jason Smithson of NAI represented Learn 4 Life while Victor Aquilina of Lee & Associates represented Bag O’ Crab. Details on lease terms were not disclosed.

Vineyard Square is located on the southwest corner of East Valley Parkway and Rose Street in Escondido. It is shadow anchored by Albertson’s grocery store and shares access with a neighboring Home Depot Center.
