Axiom Retail Advisors, a retail consulting firm based in Irvine and specializing in landlord and tenant representation as well as development in Southern California, recently arranged leases for Daiso, Water Wings, Hotworx Yoga and Prizm Dental at Foothill Plaza located in La Verne. These new leases have brought the plaza to full occupancy.
Stephanie Skrbin and Lea Clay Park of Axiom acted as representatives for the property owner EDENS. While details on lease amounts were not disclosed, it is known that EDENS acquired the 64,522-square-foot property from Combined Properties last year and retained Axiom as their leasing brokers. According to Skrbin: “When we were brought on board to lease this asset…we understood the wonderful attributes that a stable community like La Verne has to offer.”
Daiso was represented by Ken Shishido of JLL; Water Wings by Carrie Ventrella of ADP; Hotworx by Josh Smith of Morrow Hill; Prizm Dental by David Croce & Luke Bertino from Carr.
