Newmark recently facilitated a 95,800-square-foot industrial lease for Axcelis Technologies at 105 Sam Fonzo Drive in Beverly, MA. The new tenant is a leading supplier of ion implantation solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Axcelis has secured a long-term lease for the entire facility to serve as their new distribution and fulfillment center. The property boasts advanced technologies such as AI-driven autonomous mobile robots and enterprise-level warehouse automation to optimize logistics and warehouse operations. Developed by T Ford LLC on challenging topography, this 14-acre site was made possible with thoughtful solutions from Green Leaf Construction and Engineering Alliance.
