Avondale Mixed-Use Project Development Team Nears Completion

An Avondale development team comprised of a property owner, two builders and a hospital group have been granted approval by the Avondale Planning Commission to create The District at Crystal Springs, a 45-acre mixed use development. According to AZBEX reports, the project will include multifamily and active adult residential units, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, hospitality providers and retail. Stotz Farms Inc., Sparrow Partners, Fifield Companies and Encompass Health are the four partners involved in this venture.

The residential components of The District at Crystal Springs will offer up to 216 apartments as well as 268 two-story townhome-style units with two car garages available in three-, four- or five plex configurations. Gated for security purposes with on street visitor parking also provided for convenience; amenities such as clubhouses and pools are planned too!

Planned phases of construction involve developing both healthcare components along with residential ones first before moving onto commercial aspects later on down the line – all subject to future approval from Avondale City Council meetings yet ahead.
