**Avison Young to Lead Leasing Efforts at Fair Lawn Medical/Professional Office Building**
Avison Young has been named the exclusive leasing agent by Atkins Companies for a recently acquired 150,000-square-foot medical and professional office building located at 17-17 Route 208 in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
The leasing team will be led by Avison Young’s Executive Director Jeff Heller and Senior Vice President Steven Geltzeiler. They will be responsible for marketing and leasing the available suites within the facility.
Current tenants in the building include Summit Health, which recently moved into the property and now occupies 78,000 square feet. Other tenants include law firm Gottlieb & Greenspan, LLC, which has recently expanded its presence, and SportsCare Physical Therapy.
