Ryan Miller has been appointed as the senior director of valuation and advisory services at Avison Young’s California offices. With over 20 years of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, Miller will be responsible for expanding services in the Western states, with a focus on Southern California.

In his new role, Miller will spearhead the launch of valuation and advisory efforts in the region. He brings a wealth of knowledge in consulting, producing financial models and analyzing cash flows for various property types such as office buildings, retail spaces, industrial properties,and multifamily complexes. Additionally he is well-versed with development land,recreational facilities,and special use facilities.
