Avison Young has been retained to sell The Block on Beverly, a full city block in Los Angeles’ Beverly Grove neighborhood. Located on a 0.65-acre parcel at 8230 to 8256 Beverly Boulevard, the site is positioned between The Beverly Center and The Grove, making it a prime location for redevelopment. The asset is currently unpriced, with the seller seeking the best offer.
The property has been owned by a private family office for more than four decades. Avison Young’s team representing the seller includes U.S. Capital Markets leader Peter Sherman, Managing Director Chris Bonbright, and Principal Eric Moore.
