Avison Young Hired to Lease Two San Francisco Properties for ULD

Urban Land Development (ULD), based in San Francisco, has chosen Avison Young to lease two of its properties: 531 Bryant St. in South Park SoMa and 150 Post on Union Square. The leasing engagement at 531 Bryant will be led by a team from Avison Young consisting of Mark McGranahan, Ross Robinson, Kelly Glass, Tim Hogan and Will O’Daly. Additionally, Glass and O’Day will represent the property at 150 Post with the addition of Owen Modica.

According to ULD managing director Susan Sagy, this particular team from Avison Young was selected for their unique strengths as individuals. Their extensive experience across multiple industries such as finance and venture capital make them well-equipped to handle both properties.

Sagy also noted that their understanding of the space is crucial for attracting technology companies and other tech-focused firms looking for office space in San Francisco’s competitive market.
