Avison Young has recently launched its new office in Silicon Valley, located at 229 Forest Ave. in Palo Alto. The three-story building’s second floor is now occupied by the company, consolidating its previous offices in San Mateo and San Jose. With potential for future expansion, the new space features a hybrid office design that supports employee flexibility.
According to Chris Cooper, Avison Young’s principal and regional managing director for Western U.S., “Our newly opened Palo Alto location places us right at the heart of Silicon Valley and allows us to bring together 22 professionals from our two former area offices.” He also believes that this move will foster stronger collaboration among their teams as they continue to expand their presence throughout the region.
The historic building was constructed back in 1928 and is currently owned by Pacific Art League which occupies the ground floor. In line with their growth plans for this area, Avison Young intends to hire more talented individuals over the next few quarters for its Palo Alto branch.
