Avison Young has appointed Patricia Perman as Principal and Director of Client Operations for their Industrial division in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Perman will lead the growth of Avison Young’s industrial business operations across the United States and globally. As an expert in this sector, she brings a dynamic energy and drive to expand the firm’s client base while enhancing its industrial presence.

Perman joins Avison Young from JLL where she served as Senior Vice President of Operations for their U.S.-based industrial business unit. During her time at JLL, she held various roles including overseeing organizational management, driving business development initiatives,and leading marketing efforts.
