International law firm Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has signed a long-term lease agreement at 360 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The 5,700 square foot space is located on the 24th floor of the 25-floor office property. Developed in 2001, 360 Madison Avenue offers 370,000 square feet of office space and is managed by ownership.
Junji Miyake from Cushman & Wakefield represented Mori Hamada & Matsumoto while Derrick Ades, Jared London and Edward Goldman from CBRE represented the landlord during negotiations for this deal. Miyake commented on why they chose this location: “Mori Hamada & Matsumoto wanted to open a New York City office that would contribute to their continued success – its central location made it an ideal fit”
