Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a private investment advisory firm, recently signed a lease for approximately 144,000 square feet at 550 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. This move will double CD&R’s current space and occupy six floors of the 41-story office tower.
The building underwent repositioning to offer multi-tenant office space with amenities and sustainability features. Other tenants include Chubb Limited, Hermès, Junto Capital LP and Corsair Capital LP. The Garden is an exclusive green space while The Arch offers high ceilings and column-free floor plates designed by Rockwell Group for tenant use only.
