Avenue "DoorDash Expands Office Space with 115K SF Lease at 200 Fifth Avenue"

DoorDash has recently announced a significant expansion by securing a direct lease for 115,382 square feet at 200 Fifth Avenue in Midtown. This marks an upgrade from their previous subleased space of 57,691 square feet in the same building. The move effectively doubles DoorDash’s office footprint.

According to Ari Sacharow, Director of Real Estate at DoorDash, the company has received positive feedback from employees and has seen high utilization of their current space since its opening. With this expansion to the ninth floor, they are excited to provide more opportunities for in-person meetings and collaborative experiences.

In November 2022,BXP acquired around 27% ownership in the joint venture overseeing200 Fifth Avenue.BXP also serves as managing member and provides customary leasing and property management services for the joint venture.Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler,Ethan Silverstein,Antony LoPresti,and Bianca Di Mauro represented BXP while Adam Ardiseand Greg Pickettof Cushman & Wakefield represented DoorDash.
