The Child Mind Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to children’s mental health, has inked an 81,810-square-foot lease at 825 Third Avenue from The Durst Organization. The institute will occupy the ground floor and second to fifth floors of the building for its clinical care, education and scientific research efforts.
825 Third Avenue underwent a $150 million capital improvement program which includes modern aesthetics such as dynamic view glass windows and exclusive tenant amenity space. Additionally, it offers great accessibility to transportation options as well as amenities in Plaza Midtown East and Grand Central districts.
Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron Lauren Ferrentino & Bailey Caliban of The Durst Organization represented their side while Lance Korman & Brian Waterman of Newmark represented Child Mind Institute during negotiations for this deal.
