GFP Real Estate successfully completed five lease transactions totaling 18,124 square feet at the DuMont Building, located at 515 Madison Ave in Manhattan’s prestigious Plaza District. The deals were facilitated by Martin McGrath and William Grover of GFP Real Estate on behalf of ownership.
The first transaction involved Blackbern Partners, an investment firm that renewed their lease for a three-year term on a space measuring 2,956 square feet. Cooper Weisman and Scott Gutnick of Newmark represented the tenant in this deal.
Next was Boyd, Boyd, Boyd P.C., a family-run dentist office that has been operating for four generations. They signed an extension and expansion agreement for medical and administrative office space measuring 7,098 square feet with the help of Ted Andrews from Andrews Real Estate Advisors.
Lefko Properties also secured new office space through GFP Real Estate with their three-year lease on a unit spanning over1 ,828 square feet. Tony Builder from Bradford Allen acted as their representative in this deal.
