Aventon Companies has commenced construction on Aventon Moorefield, a 425-unit apartment community in Ashburn, Virginia. The six-story building will offer studios to three-bedroom floor plans and boast various amenities such as on-site workspaces, a clubroom, fitness center, pet spa, resort-style pool and garden courtyard. Additionally,the parking garage will feature 16 EV charging stations.
