Through their efforts, multiple offers were generated and they successfully closed the deal with an out-of-state buyer who utilized a 1031 exchange.
The AutoZone location at 18217 Aurora Ave North in Shoreline is now under new ownership as part of this transaction. The popular automotive retailer recently signed an early lease extension for another 10 years with scheduled rental increases every five years.
