Westview Center, a 114,735-square-foot retail property in Streamwood, Illinois has recently been sold for $10.18 million at 96 percent of the list price. The buyer was a private investment group from the Midwest.

The exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller was handled by Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko from Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was represented by Executive Managing Director Mark Ruble, Senior Managing Director Chris Lind and Senior Associate Brennan Clegg from Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices after competing with multiple offers in a bidding process.

Located at 1000-1090 S. Barrington Road, Westview Shopping Center is fully occupied with several national tenants including AutoZone, Oak Street Health,Dollar Tree , Chuck E Cheese,American Freight,and H&R Block.The center’s sale highlights its strong tenant mix and desirable location as an attractive investment opportunity.
