Austin Hotel for Graduates: Brand-New Accommodations

Adventurous Journeys has acquired a property in downtown Austin, which will be home to the Graduate- part of the Graduate Hotels collection. Located approximately one mile from the University of Texas at campus and Texas Capitol Mall, this 18-story hotel is expected to open in 2025. The hotel will provide meeting and event space; on-site parking; a fitness center; a ground-floor café and lobby bar; as well as a rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool. The Burt Group serves as codeveloper alongside AJ’s team with over 30 million square feet delivered across Central Texas alone according to their website. Currently, there are 33 open Graduate Hotels properties across the U.S., U.K., Auburn AL, Dallas TX & Princeton NJ with three additional properties under development stages respectively.
