Austin Hotel and Residences Receive Approval for $193M Construction Loan

Construction has officially begun at Sixth&Blanco, a mixed-use development located at the intersection of West 6th Street and Blanco in Austin. The project is being led by Riverside and MML, with financing provided by Arvest Bank for a total of $193 million. Prosperity Bank and Southside Bank are also participating in the funding.

Designed by renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron along with Page, Sixth&Blanco will feature ten luxurious private residences, a 57-key hotel operated by MML, top-of-the-line amenities for both residents and hotel guests, as well as an exclusive members-only social club & bathhouse. The development will also include high-end retail spaces showcasing art galleries and restaurants. These homes average over 4,600 square feet each with prices starting at $10 million.
