Aurora Townhome Community Sells for $23M

Advenir, a Florida-based real estate company, has recently sold a townhome community in Aurora for $23 million to Stratford Partners. The property, located at 11135 E. Alameda Ave., was previously known as Del Arte Townhomes but will now be called Alder Peak Townhomes.

The sale was facilitated by CBRE’s Denver team consisting of Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Andy Hellman and Justin Hunt. They also arranged a $15.44 million acquisition loan for Stratford Partners.

Built in 2001 on 6.57 acres of land, the community consists of eight two-story buildings with a total of 94 units averaging at about 1,096 square feet each. These units feature one or two-bedroom floor plans with amenities such as washers and dryers and attached garages. Rent prices range from $1
