United Properties has recently acquired more than 129 acres of land in Aurora, located near the Denver International Airport. The company intends to transform this land into a new industrial complex called The Aero 70. This purchase was made for $21.1 million and will be developed in two phases.
The proposed industrial complex will offer both lease and purchase options for its buildings, as well as available land sites for sale. It is strategically situated next to the Park 70 industrial project, which is conveniently located northeast of the E-470 and Interstate 70 interchange with easy access from Smith Road.
According to reports from the Denver Business Journal, phase one of development will consist of two cross-dock industrial buildings spanning over 400,000 square feet each. Completion is expected by late 2025.
In phase two, an additional area measuring approximately 65.73 acres will be developed with over a million square feet dedicated to cross-dock space.
CBRE’s Todd Witty, Jim Bolt and Daniel Close are actively promoting pre-leasing opportunities for both phases at this upcoming state-of-the-art facility.
