RE Development Solutions has recently commenced construction on two buildings in Randall Square, a bustling retail and office complex located in North Aurora, Illinois. These new developments are part of a larger 15-acre project situated along the highly sought-after Randall Road corridor, with numerous residential and commercial properties nearby.
The first building is set to span 7,800 square feet and will serve as the main location for Dunkin Donuts. Additionally, it will feature four other units that can be utilized for various retail or dining purposes.
Adjacent to this structure is another spec space being built by RE Development Solutions. This lot offers an impressive 8,000 square feet of versatile general office space that can also accommodate medical facilities such as dental offices or labs. JBS Commercial Real Estate is currently handling leasing efforts for this property.
The design team behind these new additions at Randall Square includes RACER/MRSA while The Way Maker Group handles construction duties. Both projects are expected to reach completion by early 2024.
