CityStreet Residential Partners (CSRP) has acquired Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in Georgetown, TX – marking their first RV resort in the Austin area and sixth overall. CSRP plans to add 200 additional sites for a total of 424 with new amenities such as a pavilion, beer garden, pool with lazy river, outdoor cabana with grills and gathering areas by September 2024. Harbor Group International has also made an acquisition – The Warner luxury multifamily community in Round Rock which expands their Texas portfolio to 8647 apartment units at 98% leased as of July 2023. Citadel Partners promoted Mac Morse to Market Principal along with Katherine Jessen and Paul Clarkson both taking on Senior Advisor roles while CAF Capital Partners added Jason Geer as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions bringing his more than 25 years experience from Invesco Real Estate into focus for driving expansion efforts within the Southeastern region’s multifamily domain.
