CityStreet Residential Partners (CSRP) recently acquired Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in Georgetown, TX. This marks the first RV resort acquisition for the Houston-based developer in the Austin area and their 6th overall. CSRP plans to add 200 additional sites to bring total capacity up to 424, as well as new amenities such as a pavilion, beer garden, pool with lazy river feature and outdoor cabana with grills and gathering areas. These improvements are slated for completion by September 2024.
Harbor Group International , a privately owned international real estate investment and management firm has acquired The Warner – a 336-unit luxury multifamily community located in Round Rock – expanding their Texas portfolio of 8647 apartment units across multiple locations.. As of July 2023 The Warner is 98% leased out .
