This acquisition was made through Flagship’s private real estate investment trust known as Flagship Healthcare Trust. In addition to ownership, Flagship will also provide comprehensive management services for this ASC. Financing for this transaction was provided by Fifth Third Bank while Nick Myers from Zeustra represented the sellers.
