Atlantic Residential (Atlantic) is introducing its LUMEN brand to the Legacy Park community in Florida. The company has partnered with Red Clay Development Partners (Red Clay) to develop a $58 million multifamily project on an 11.97-acre site that was acquired last month for $6.9 million from undisclosed sellers. Construction is set to commence this month, and the first units are expected to be available for occupancy in fall 2025.
Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group secured construction financing from Trustmark Bank and BankUnited, while Marble Capital provided preferred equity for the project. Middleburg will serve as general contractor.
The design of LUMEN Legacy Park was created by FORUM Architecture and Interior Design, a Florida-based firm. The development will consist of 219 apartment homes, including one-bedroom (111), two-bedroom (84), and three-bedroom units (24). Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a pool, open green space, pickleball courts, and a dog park on-site. Additionally,the clubhouse offers features like co-working spaces,lounge areas,a game room,and fitness center.
LUMEN Legacy Park’s location at US Highway 27andLegacyPark Boulevardin Davenport makes it easily accessible from Orlando which is approximately30 miles away.This suburb provides residents with convenient access to all that Orlando has to offer while still maintaining its own unique charm.
