Atlantic Companies Prepares to Break Ground on Mixed-Use Development in Roswell, Georgia
A transformative new development is set to break ground in the heart of Roswell, Georgia. Atlantic Companies will soon begin construction on a mixed-use project that aims to revitalize downtown Roswell with a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, and public spaces.
The development, located directly across from City Hall on Hill Street, will span approximately eight acres. At the core of the project are 143 apartment units, complete with a clubhouse and on-site amenities, designed to meet the needs of modern tenants.
In addition to the residential component, the project will feature nearly 80,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space. A central open-air public plaza will serve as a gathering space for the community, enhancing the walkability and vibrancy of the downtown corridor.
The City of Roswell will retain ownership of the parking facilities, which are expected to provide a consistent revenue stream. The city will also maintain ownership of the land designated for the commercial portions of the project, with Atlantic Companies agreeing to make ground-lease payments.
Architecture and design for the project will be led by ASD | SKY, known for their expertise in urban design and mixed-use environments.
