Atlantic Cos. to Launch Mixed-Use Development in Roswell, GA
The Atlantic Companies is preparing to break ground on a transformative mixed-use project in downtown Roswell, Georgia. Aimed at revitalizing the city center, the development will feature a blend of residential, commercial, and public space components, including apartment units, new restaurants, and an open-air public plaza.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the city of Roswell will retain ownership of the land designated for the commercial portion of the project, as well as operate the parking facilities. This arrangement is expected to create a consistent revenue stream for the city through ground-lease payments from The Atlantic Cos.
The Hill Street development will span approximately eight acres directly across from Roswell City Hall. The project will include 143 apartment units with a clubhouse and other residential amenities. Roughly 80,000 square feet will be allocated for restaurant, retail, and office space. ASD | SKY has been selected as the architectural firm overseeing the design.
The initiative is set to bring modern energy to downtown Roswell while maintaining its charm, supporting both residential growth and economic development in the area.
