**Rockefeller Group’s 60-Story Tower Tops Out in Midtown Atlanta**
Rockefeller Group has announced the topping out of 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story mixed-use tower rising in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Set for completion in Spring 2026, the high-rise will become the tallest building constructed in Atlanta in over 30 years.
Once completed, 1072 West Peachtree will offer a combination of boutique Class A office space, luxury residential units, and ground-floor retail. The tower will consist of 224,000 square feet of office space spread across eight floors, 357 high-end residential units, and 6,300 square feet of street-level retail.
Residents and tenants will have access to a wide array of amenities, including a fully equipped athletic club with strength and cardio areas, full-service locker rooms, private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and recovery facilities. A highlight of the development will be the Sky Garden — Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck.
Turner Construction is acting as the general contractor for the project.
