"Atlanta's 14-Story Spec Office Tower Reaches Completion"

Construction on 1050 Brickworks, located at 1050 Marietta St NW in Atlanta, began almost two years ago and the developer team has now completed work on the top floor. Despite economic uncertainty, Sterling Bay and Asana took a bold step forward by proceeding with construction without securing any major tenants. The building boasts an impressive 225,000 square feet of interior space.

Adjacent to this development is Brickworks – a property purchased by Asana in 2020 that offers an additional 166,000 square feet of dining, retail and service space. Construction for this project started towards the end of last year and it currently stands at a height of fourteen stories. Designed by HKS architecture firm, there will be approximately14 ,000 square feet of retail space situated at its base.

The amenities offered at 1050 Brickworks are expected to include a fitness center,private library,lounge/bar,outdoor workspaces,and private terraces for tenants.There will also be other features such asa large deck providing stunning views over Atlanta’s skyline,a total areaof12 ,000squarefeet dedicatedtoamenities,andaparkingdeckwith549parkingspaces.The Connect CRE recently reported that construction has been completed on this impressive fourteen-story office tower in Atlanta.
