Placemakr and Jamestown have joined forces to introduce a new hospitality living concept called Scout Living. Located at the Ponce City Market campus in Atlanta, this newly constructed tower offers 405 fully furnished units that can be booked for flexible lengths of stay, ranging from one night to several weeks or even months.
According to Jason Fudin of Placemakr, this is just the beginning of something truly unique and has the potential to become a new institutional asset class.
Scout Living provides one- and two-bedroom units with all-inclusive services similar to those found in hotels. Each unit comes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, dishwasher, washer-dryer combo as well as separate living and sleeping spaces. The building also features impressive amenities such as a rooftop pool and reservable meeting/event spaces.
In addition, there are 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space available at Scout Living which includes food-and-beverage options along with convenience shopping for essential grab-and-go items. This hybrid hospitality option is now open for business in Atlanta’s bustling market.
