**33-Court Pickleball Facility Slated for Atlanta Warehouse**

Pickleball Club of Georgia is set to transform a vacant warehouse at 1365 English Street in Atlanta into a massive indoor pickleball complex spanning 100,000 square feet. The development team is currently awaiting demolition and construction permits before breaking ground on the project.

The facility, which is anticipated to be the largest of its kind in the United States, will feature more than 30 pickleball courts. It will also include a full-service gym, a state-of-the-art golf simulator wing, multiple event spaces, and a full kitchen and bar—making it a comprehensive destination for sports and recreation.

Moeller Purcell Construction Company has signed on as the general contractor, while architectural plans are being handled by Terminus Design Group.

Designed as more than just a venue for quick matches, the Pickleball Club of Georgia aims to be a full-day destination for pickleball enthusiasts. In addition to day play and memberships, the facility will offer a wide range of programming, including leagues, clinics, summer camps, after-school programs, and special events.

The complex will also serve as the official home court for Georgia Tech’s pickleball club, solidifying its role as both a community asset and a collegiate resource.
