**Trilith Unveils 530,000-Square-Foot Live Entertainment Complex in Metro Atlanta**
The Town at Trilith, a 235-acre master-planned residential and mixed-use community located in south metro Atlanta, has announced the launch of Trilith Live—a dynamic 530,000-square-foot live entertainment hub designed to host a wide range of events. The complex is set to open to the public by the end of 2025.
Trilith Live aims to become a cornerstone for cultural and creative experiences. The development will feature a 2,200-seat theater, two 25,000-square-foot sound stages (already open), several insert stages, a luxury cinema, production suites, meeting rooms, and more than 120,000 square feet of creative office and support space.
Phase I of the project is complete and currently operational. It includes production offices, greenrooms, and broadcast-ready facilities. The venue has already welcomed artists, production companies, and content creators, hosting pre-tour concert rehearsals for national acts and recording over 200 live-audience game show episodes set to air on national television.
Phase II, expected to open later this year, will introduce the main theater, additional meeting spaces, a luxury cinema, and a central plaza, further solidifying Trilith Live as a premier destination for entertainment and production in the Southeast.
