Atlanta Suburb Tenants Drawn to Toro Development's Medley

Toro Development Company (TDC) has signed the first tenants for Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use destination in Johns Creek, Georgia. The lineup features chef-driven and new-to market concepts including Ford Fry’s Little Rey, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, AYA Medical Spa, Fadó Irish Pub, BODY20 , Lily Sushi Bar , Lucciano’s Gelato , Sugarcoat Beauty , Summit Coffee , Knuckies Hoagies and Cookie Fix .

Medley will offer 200 000 square feet of space for retail stores restaurants and entertainment venues as well as 900 residential units comprising townhomes and luxury multifamily homes plus 110 000 square feet of office space.  The development team includes Franklin Street Senior Director Len Erickson and Senior Associate Kaitlyn Theriot for retail leasing; Stream Managing Director Bryan Heller for office leasing; architect Nelson Worldwide ; engineering firm Kimley – Horn ; landscape architect Site Solutions . TDC is run by developers John Kelley Richard Munger Vicky Boyce Carla Cox.
