Partners Real Estate has recently welcomed three new brokers, Matt Hawkins, Pierce Owings, and Sarah Morgan from Atlanta Land Sales. Their primary objective is to expand the firm’s land sales division in Atlanta.
Since its establishment in June 2024, the company’s newest office has grown to include over 20 brokers with expertise in various commercial real estate services such as Office Tenant Representation, Office Agency Leasing, Industrial Services and Development. With the addition of these new brokers from Atlanta Land Sales team will now also offer land sales services.
Matt Hawkins joins Partners Real Estate after working at Cushman & Wakefield where he successfully arranged transactions worth over $2 billion. He played a significant role in facilitating land sales for major projects that have shaped the region including Truist Park, The Battery and Rowen among others.
Pierce Owings also comes from Cushman & Wakefield and joins Partners Real Estate as an Equity Partner. His contributions include delivering sites that are now home to Madison Yards and 99 West Paces.
Sarah Morgan will serve as Senior Associate at Partners Real Estate after joining their land team in 2023 following her previous role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte.
