CP Group has executed five new lease agreements at Paces West, its 18-story, 640,000-square-foot office tower in Atlanta. The tenants include wellness services provider Ellie Health, global high-tech company Midea Group, staffing and consulting firm Johnson Service Group; engineering consulting firm Barry Wehmiller Design Group; and insurance company GA Medicare 101.
Jeff Bellamy and Adam Viente from JLL represented the landlord in each transaction while Sam Zelony of Windsor Realty represented Ellie Health; Matt Barnes of Savills represented Midea Group; Kush Mirano of CBRE represented Johnson Service group ; Frank Cannon of CBRE handled Barry Wehmiller Design Groups’ needs ; Kevin Hermetz from Ackerman & Co. negotiated for GA Medicare 101’s lease agreement .
