"Atlanta Non-Profit Acquires Brookhaven Hotel: A Revitalization Story"

A mental health treatment program has acquired a 111-key hotel in Atlanta for $17 million to enhance its services. The property, located along North Druid Hills Road, was purchased by Skyline Trail. Additionally, the organization also bought an adjacent restaurant property on Buford Highway last year.

Skyland Trail is a reputable non-profit based in Brookhaven that has been providing residential mental health treatment for adults since 1989. In recent years, they have expanded their services to include young people aged 14-17.

With five campuses spread across metro Atlanta – including the main adult campus in Brookhaven and other locations such as Decatur and Chamblee – Skyland Trail continues to be a leading provider of mental health care in the region.

The recent transaction involving the purchase of this hotel was facilitated by Hunter Hotel Advisors who represented both parties involved. This acquisition marks another milestone for Skyland Trail as they continue to expand their reach and impact within the community.
