GREA has announced the sale of Westside Crossing in Atlanta for $11.4 million. Representing the seller, Greenleaf Partners, GREA’s Taylor Brown, Chandler Brown and Mack Leath managed the transaction with Zavala Capital as buyer.

Westside Crossing is a 1962-built garden-style multifamily asset located at 2265 Perry Boulevard featuring 112 units with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Strategically situated in Atlanta’s Upper Westside at the convergence of Vinings, Buckhead and Midtown areas – hundreds of new homes are being built on its west side near Inman Rail Yard – this property stands to benefit from rapid economic development growth in this submarket according to Taylor Brown managing director of GREA in Atlanta: “The sale epitomizes investor mantra ‘buy a property along progress'”.
