Atlanta Motorsports Park is seeking to rezone a portion of its 150-acre property in Dawsonville, GA. The facility, located at 20 Duck Thurmond Road, features a two-mile Formula 1-style track and karting track where guests and members can race high performance cars and motorcycles. It hosts several events and competitions throughout the year.
A rezoning request has been submitted to build a condo complex with 291 units plus almost 55,000 square feet of commercial space. This potential regional impact requires an application be filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for reviewal consideration.
The plans include condos priced between $342K – $500K; 46 “race cottages”; an underground gun club; as well as Fuel Kitchen – brewery/distillery/restaurant combination concept . If approved by 2030 completion is expected on this new project development plan .
