Lincoln Property Company Southeast has negotiated a full-building lease to Spaces at 1372 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta. Michael Howell, Executive Vice President, Hunter Henritze, Executive Vice President and Caroline Fisher, Vice President handled the leasing on behalf of the landlord.
Spaces provides dynamic office rental options such as coworking space, virtual workspaces and communal breakout areas. The company signed a 38451 square foot lease for the entire building.
The three story Class A office building is located at Peachtree Street and 17th Street with over $7.5 million worth of improvements made by the landlord recently .
