Atlanta Metro Development Rebranded as Chastain Market

Atlanta-based CONNOLLY and partner Coro Realty have announced the repositioning of the commercial portion of a mixed-use development formerly known as Sandy Springs Gateway. The partnership acquired the 120,000-square-foot asset in Roswell Road’s commercial corridor for $40.5 million in February 2022 and is transforming it into Chastain Market – an appealing destination for Chastain Park neighbors, plus patrons from Sandy Springs and Buckhead.

Capital improvements represent a multimillion dollar investment with phased renovations and construction underway to create an open environment across patios and common areas that will infuse energy into the dining core. At its center are four restaurants surrounded by a dramatic tower enclosed with unique multi-colored glasswork.

CONNOLLY CEO Timothy “J.R” Connolly II notes that this project is more than just “a new name or paint scheme”. He states: “We are creating something special here – something our customers will love.”
