**BBI Developer Group Plans 1.35M-SF Mixed-Use Project in South Fulton**

BBI Developer Group is moving forward with a large-scale mixed-use development in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The proposed project, called Town Center at Mansa Park, would occupy a site at the intersection of Old National Highway and Pleasant Hill Road in South Fulton.

The ambitious plan includes a condominium tower, 1,032 workforce apartments, three hotels, six office buildings, two restaurants, and two retail spaces. In total, the development would consist of 494 condo units and 1,526 residential units altogether.

Spanning more than 1.35 million square feet across approximately 140 acres, the new town center aims to become a significant addition to the community. BBI Developer Group notes that the Old National Highway Corridor is one of the most densely populated areas in the region and represents the largest commercial corridor within city limits. Its proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport makes the location vital to South Fulton’s economic future.

Current steps in moving the project forward include filings for rezoning permits. BBI anticipates completing the full development by 2030.
