Atlanta-based CONNOLLY and partner Coro Realty have announced the repositioning of the commercial portion of a mixed-use development formerly known as Sandy Springs Gateway. The partnership acquired the 120,000-square-foot asset in Roswell Road’s commercial corridor for $40.5 million in February 2022, renaming it Chastain Market.

Capital improvements represent a multimillion dollar investment with renovations and construction phased for deployment. “This is more than just a new name and paint scheme,” said CONNOLLY CEO Timothy “J.R” Connolly II, noting that four central restaurants are being brought together to create an open environment across patios and common areas designed to infuse energy into the dining core; this backdrop features a dramatic tower enclosed with unique multi-colored glasswork.
