JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group in Atlanta has completed The Hall at Ashford Lane, a 17,000-square-foot food hall featuring nine stalls, three bars and multiple event spaces. JLL was selected by operator The Vigor Group LLC to manage the interior build-out of the former Henredon Furniture showroom into an inviting space for numerous full-service dining concepts. This dynamic addition to CTO Realty Growth Inc.’s 268,000 square foot retail and dining district Ashford Lane celebrated its grand opening last month.
JLL PDS provided design & construction management services including vendor & customs coordination as well as furniture procurement with Cameron Long serving as project manager on behalf of the tenant while David Shonk provided executive oversight. Other partners included Choate Construction (general contractor), Warner Summers (architect), Shear Structural (structural engineer), Flippo Civil(civil engineer), Barrett Woodyard & Associates (MEP engineer) and The Design Difference(kitchen designer).
