Atlanta Class-A Industrial Buildings Developed by Ascentris & CA Ventures

Ascentris, a private equity firm, and its development partner CA Ventures are constructing two Class-A industrial buildings in the Northeast industrial Atlanta market. Featuring 32-foot clear heights, 270-foot building depths and 185-foot truck court depths with trailer storage and parking, one of the buildings will measure 220,000 square feet while the other is 175,000 square feet.

Located on McEver Road along Interstate 985 corridor this joint venture between Denver’s Ascentris and Chicago’s CA Ventures secured a construction loan from Stifel Bank & Trust. Nathan Anderson & Darren Butler of NAI’s Brannen Goddard will handle leasing for this project.

Tricia Noble – Partner & Managing Director at Ascentris – expressed her excitement about partnering with CA Ventures on such an opportunity: “Atlanta’s industrial market continues to be robust; we believe that due to its strong local distribution location as well as proximity to significant population growth combined with high quality construction makes it an ideal investment.”
